### I am switching from ERS to InflatableOffice. Can you help?
Yes. Switching booking software is a good time to rebuild. We design the new site around your new platform, and for InflatableOffice our IO Theme Bridge, included with every IO site, styles the IO calendar, cart and product pages to match.

### Can you make my ERS store look better?
Yes. We build custom websites that work with your Event Rental Systems store and style the pieces that can be styled, so customers move from your site to checkout without feeling like they left.

### Are there contracts?
No long contracts. Monthly plans are month-to-month and you can cancel any time with 30 days notice. One-time services are flat prices.

### Who pays for ad spend?
You do, directly to Facebook or Google. Our management fee is separate and flat, and we never mark up your ad spend.

### Do you print flyers and door hangers?
We design them and hand you print-ready files. You can print with any local or online printer you like.

### Do you make videos or Reels?
No. We focus on websites, design, ads and the posts and emails that keep you booked.

### Can I see live demos of your designs?
Yes. Live demos are available on request after a quick preview agreement. Our home page shows a few samples, but we have over 60 base designs to customize. Ask and we will show you the full collection.

### What is a free site teardown?
A 3 to 4 minute screen-share video where we walk through your current site on mobile, check speed and booking friction, and show a still of your site in one of our designs. It is free, with no sales call attached.
