How much does a party rental website cost?

What bounce house and party rental websites cost in 2026, what you should get for the money, and the hidden costs to ask about before you hire anyone.

Updated ยท Booked & Bouncing

Short answer

Most party rental websites cost between about $500 and $10,000 one-time, depending on who builds them. Freelancers often charge $500 to $2,500 and agencies $2,500 to $10,000 or more. At Booked & Bouncing, sites start at $1,500 (Starter) or $3,000 (Pro), with city pages included and prices posted publicly.

What changes the price

  • Template vs. custom design. A finished design customized with your brand costs less than a design built from scratch.
  • Number of pages. Category pages, product pages and one page for each town you serve all add up.
  • Booking software. Connecting and styling your booking software's calendar and cart takes real work. Ask whether it is included.
  • Content. Some studios bill copywriting and photo editing by the hour.

Costs to ask about before you hire

  • Hosting, updates and backups, usually monthly
  • Accessibility or plugin licenses billed separately
  • Hourly charges for content or changes after launch
  • Whether ad management fees include or mark up your ad spend
